This warranty also promises that the powder coat finish on all products will not chip, peel, crack or flake and that the aluminum fence will never rust for as long as you own your home. This warranty becomes invalid if the aluminum fence is improperly installed, abused, altered, misused or damaged in transit, an accident, or act of God. This warranty is intended for the original owner of the product and cannot be transferred for any reason. To activate the warranty, return your warranty form, along with a copy of the sales invoice and return them within 30 days from product receipt.
